These wrist warmers are designed and made in Finland and Sweden at funky knitting cooperatives that are keeping various knitting traditions alive.
These are knit in a Lycksele design; a design inspired by all the women who have interpreted the “crackle method” (dräll) differently in their weaving, and it is patterned and and painted in Västerbotten colours.

This dreamily soft and slightly slubby stone-washed linen tea towel is a delicate, muted grey colour. Hand-printed with a scampering handsome hare (is he late, late for a very important date?!), it's a real joy to have in the kitchen.
You may even find yourself thinking it’s too lovely to use (customers have been known to frame them and put them on the wall!), but you really should, as they come into their own in the kitchen. They're of the highest quality; a brilliant combination of hard-wearing, practical linen and beautiful nature-inspired design. Linen is quite probably the best, most eco-friendly natural material for household textiles; it’s more absorbant (and far more sustainable) than cotton, and will last for generations, only growing softer and more tactile over time.
