These wrist warmers are designed and made in Finland and Sweden at funky knitting cooperatives that are keeping various knitting traditions alive.
These are knit in a Lycksele design; a design inspired by all the women who have interpreted the “crackle method” (dräll) differently in their weaving, and it is patterned and and painted in Västerbotten colours.

A dreamily soft and slightly slubby stone-washed linen tea towel, in a warm and smokey dark grey colour, with a subtle charcoal print of a beautifully-illustrated handsome hare (how many can you spot?!).
You may even find yourself thinking it’s too lovely to use (customers have been known to frame them and put them on the wall!), but you really should, as they come into their own in the kitchen. They're of the highest quality; a brilliant combination of hard-wearing, practical linen and beautiful nature-inspired design.
